Yeah, I'm with these two.
If it could be set as an option like Group and System, that'd be great - but if it could, I'd think it would've been done by now.
I think I may have to change my vote now. Although I think the change to local by default would be more in RP I would miss out on wonderful conversations like this. I dont know if I am willing to make that sacrifice...
