Order Rep

Hi i just want to ask whats the Order's rep to the Corsair's ? I did fly to O-48 battlefield in my order ship to kill some core npc's whenever i kill one "Core npc" my reputation to the Corsair's drops! After 30-40 kills my rep to the Corsairs is in the red ! Is this maybe a bug?

I guess a bug. Corsairs are neutral with Order if I am correct. But I guess NPCs are not like players.
