In that situation, I did open fire on you without talking to you first, but only after you threatened me and posted your ship in front of my nose. Its not a rule violation on my part to fire on you in that situation, especially since we are in oposed factions. However, you arent allowed to threaten sanctions by the admins, and that you do it after threatening me first and then rule-lawyering to survive the fight... well...
I didnt and wont bring this to the amins because I dont like people who rule lawyer and say 'you are oorp' as an extension of their fighting skills or just to impose themselves. They are infiltrated by nomads.
