As you know, our trial of refining Copper was abandoned after the distance between our instalation and the Copper field (all the way in Coronado system) was deemed as too long. Therefore, Elcano moved all it's facilities from the Storage Appendix to the Manufactoring Complex building and the equipment production continued.
But the production of equipment requires diverse materials and some friendly ships helped our traders in this regard. Said ships are flying the CSA tag, which I was informed is short for Corporate Shipping Airways. Their leader and coordinator is a certain Steve Malcom. They actually maintain a base in Coronado. This reminded me of our past trial and I thought that, since the connection is already made, we can push this relationship even forward and obtain Copper for a better price than what is offered by the IMG group residing on Pecos. And my instincts were right: Mister Malcom agreed to selling us 30.000 units of Copper for the price of 85 credits per unit.
I am extremely happy with this arrangement, as Copper is always needed both for the production of the equipment and for our traders (so that they can broker better deals for obtaining the materials we require).
In regards to my previous message about the Copper contract: I'm happy to report that the 30.000 units of Copper were successfully delivered to Elcano as can be seen in this manifest. I can say I am more than happy with it's quality and I want to state again that this will help us greatly in our endeavor of building top quality equipment.

Dear Colleagues and Employees,
Perhaps you have already noticed my absence in the recent months.
While Mr. Laurent has been taking taking over my responsibilities, I have been working on a secret project in my remote solitary lab, the location of which I cannot disclose.
I am thrilled to announce that I have finally come to a breakthrough with my life's work - a device that allows travel between dimensions. Unfortunately, due to the violent tendencies of the residents of this dimension, I won't be able to reveal any of the details regarding the device's design and capabilities.
I am composing this message as I am charging the device to make a jump back to the place I came from - back to my home where I left my former family and colleagues.
I don't know if I'll ever come back, or if the jump would lead me to where I'm aiming. However, this will be the last you'll hear from me.
I hereby resign from the role of CEO, and assign it to my most trusted colleague Rene Laurent.
I wish you all the best of luck in your endeavours, and hopefully one day I'll hear from you on the other side.
Farewell, dear friends, and thank you for the good times.
May the sun rise wherever you go, Vecesco Trebitti CEO
I simply want to report that not one, but two more batches of 30.000 units of refined Copper each reached the headquarters of Elcano. This Corporate Shipping Airways people really go the extra mile! Their transports are also registered docking on Elcano with materials required by our manufacturing facilities, so it appears they are also helping us with that. Therefore, in these times of changes, I advise the board to strengthen relationships with them.

Board of NHI,
I want to report the status of today's Azurite mining operation. With the help of our Order allies in the system, we managed to bring in no less than 147.000 units of Azurite.
If the Headquarters needs it for equipment, back on Elcano, you can send your contractors. Our stocks are full for the time being!

Distinguished Board
As I know you are aware, the tensions between Liberty and Kusari are escalating. We should not be involved that much, but sadly we are caught in the crossfire. Both Superconductors and Optronics are getting more expensive. Hauling them is starting to be frowned upon in House Space. And crucial for us, both accommodates are crucial to our manufacturing processes.
Therefore, I saw the need to go to the sources of these commodities and... arrange some other options of obtaining these items. As such, I made friends with a certain trader on Planet Denver, in Colorado, whom was willing to sell generous amounts of Superconductors, but under one condition: no paperwork to be traced back to him. Tough times.
Then I flew to Kusari. They don't seem to enjoy nor the scarcity of Superconductors, neither the higher prices of Optronics. Especially now that Kusari authorities reflect the measures Liberty implemented and allow only their corporations to even move Optronics around. Our usual sources in Honshu became unresponsive. Nobody wanted to take any risk.
Luckily, I managed to get a hold of a certain trader in New Tokyo system. He has a relative working on Shinagawa Station. But moving Optronics from there is still extremely risky. So I managed to convince him to ship the odd shipment every now and then to Freeport 6, in Tau-29 system. It is better to make this transaction away from Kasarian eyes and the Zoners of FP6 get their cut as well, so they are also on board.
Buttom line, we do have our supply lines more stretched, but at least in place. What was the price of putting this whole ordeal in place? Well, as expected, Kusarians wanted Superconductors and Libertonians wanted Optronics. I took advantage of the various activities happening up and down the Liberty - Kusari boarder and I managed to move around no less than 306.000 units. Quite dangerous, but also quite rewarding.
This memorandum serves to formally record that the Board of Directors, in coordination with the Persons with Significant Control (PSC), is currently in the process of appointing a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and removing the existing CEO from their position. As the board may recall - there are two PSC as the founding members - Vecesco Trebitti and Vincent Dotorri. In the absence of Mr. Trebitti, Mr. Dotorri as a founder holds 20% premium shares and 40% regular of shares in the company. This in effect gives him the voting rights in the company and the right to appoint or remove the majority of the board of directors. He has majority stake and is separately the owner of the Elcano Complex given his purchase. Given the above, Mr. Dotorri has made a motion for the board to bring new leadership in order for the company to reach financial maturity again.
The following actions are underway:
Removal of Current CEO:
The current CEO, Rene Laurent, is in the process of being formally removed from their role. This decision has been taken in line with the company's governance policies and with the consent and participation of the PSC. All necessary documentation and statutory filings related to this removal will be completed and submitted to the relevant authorities in due course. We thank him for his hard work and we know how much he's sacrificed.
Appointment of New CEO:
A new CEO, to be confirmed, is in the process of being appointed. The selection is being overseen by the Board, with the direct involvement and approval of the PSC. The incoming CEO will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company upon completion of the formal appointment process.
The company will ensure continuity of leadership and minimal disruption to operations during this transition. There will be no disruption in salaries. All internal and external stakeholders will be notified accordingly once the changes are finalized. All NHI assets will receive a routine review.
Please direct any questions or concerns regarding this matter to Nathan Massieri who will be overseeing this transition.
