Dear Admin.

Can you help me please?

My game locks up after just a few seconds play. I doesn’t matter what account or character I use.

After just a few seconds the game clock stops, followed a few seconds later with a blue screen message “The connection to the server has been lost etc etc”.

It looks like my game is being timed-out.

Can someone please look into this problem for me? This started happening last Thursday evening.

What OS you using? Did you try to reinstall the whole thing?

You could be suffering from a bad connection.

Try resetting your router.

I get the same every now and again myself... ping sometimes shoots sky high, then I get disconnected. No problems with game, and doing a reset on the router doesn't work either.

The same problem. It was disconnected after a few seconds of logging in to the server. And, apparently, due to multiple attempts to connect to the server, I was banned.
In the settings of the brandmauser, I gave permission to all exe. fl and disco files - it did not help.

Thanks for the link, but that's the least of the problems. The account is empty and creating a new one is not a problem.
The main problem is that when I log in to the server, I am instantly thrown out.
