Ferdinand leaves the offices and waits for Traudel to follow
I am aware I came with big requests et empty handed. All I am trying here is to show Rheinland my token of good will by offering what I can as of now, at least until we reach a certain point. It is another way to honor our treaties et those who assisted us in times of need. Keep in mind we are not like the regular Sirians as you know them, madame.
Ferdinand keeps a relatively happy expression on his face as he talks and they walk through the corridor.

That vessel is not only a marvel of engineering. It served it's purpose since it's construction, on the war front, under my flawless command et strong loyal crewmen. I guess I could say it reflects the image of the great Westfalen, refusing to go down when nobody would give it any more chances. Ferdinand spoke with true pride, a notable smile could be seen as he spoke of it.

Fair enough, then i will waste no time in preparing the route. The details will be mentioned when the supplies are ready to come. Support from within will most likely be guaranteed or not, after we manage to see what this Comte is all about, it may take some time but in the end, I can only hope it goes well on our favor, otherwise the process may take longer than i care to admit, unfortunately. He sighed slightly, returning to his serious face expression, as they close in to the landing pad. This meeting went... above my expectations really. I was not expecting such polite diplomacy after everything that has been said about us. Merci for being patient et listening to our version of the story as well, rarely people ever do that anymore.

Traudel closes the office doors behind both, then follows Ferdinand through Altenburg's corridors at a medium pace No sense of urgency. "Many people have lost sense and sight for what matters most, or simply refuse to care enough to at least have a look. Some, on the other hand, might be too afraid to invite an opposing viewpoint or just slightly different opinion into their narrow minded way of thinking. Not everyone can face the harsh reality of Sirius and beyond, after all." Lifting her shoulders once with an almost innocent smile. "I hope to see her one fine day, a battleship akin to the Westfalen in terms of defiance against overwhelming odds... that is enticing. I bet her crew and her have many stories to tell."

The landing pad was lightly guarded, as both Maréchal and Oberleutnant arrive the stationed personnel salutes once. Traudel does return the gesture, but keeps talking to Ferdinand. "All things worthwhile require either time or are harder to achieve than their lackluster counterparts. As neither your people and you nor Rheinland will settle for subpar results... we both prepare for hardship along the way. This is simply how it is. Patience remains a virtue, our time will come. And to this time i am more than looking forward, Herr Maréchal. It has been an honor and my utmost pleasure, please have a safe return ja?"

Ferdinand nods at the guarding personnel as he continues to walk with Traudel towards his ship.
Well, you should be able to see her once a decision has been made regarding her maintenance. I would happily give you a tour around it.

Sure they have a lot to tell, they will most certainly make them public once they will be able to finally return to their homes, as I will. They slow down as they approach the ship, only to properly finish the conversation.

Our time has arrived et the process of change for the good is getting started. With the proper strings pulled, we may even fasten the results. But, as happy as I am with the results of this particular meeting so far, I will not go ahead of myself et allow matters to happen naturally. I believe it is for the best of our interests. With that said, madame Habermeyer, the pleasure was all mine to having your company for the fruitful discussion. Merci once more for the hospitality, it was very pleasant for a change in my case. Until next time.Ferdinand takes a straight position in front of Traudel and gives her a proper militaristic salute with a smile on his face, acknowledging his satisfaction from the meeting, his eyes looking straight into hers, raising his right hand, tip of his forefingers touching the under the head above and to right of his eye and his left arm close to his body. Then proceeds to get to his Lynx, turning on the engines and slowly taking off.

"And i happily agree to have a look, receive a tour, once all things are in order. No one should be without a home, allowing a proper return to it is a matter of honor." Traudel pauses for a brief moment, adjusting her posture. That almost ever-present faint smile fading, making way for a blank facial expression. "Auf Wiedersehen, Maréchal Mounier. Time to tend to the garden." Returning his salute in equal amounts of precision and respect, only addition the clicking of heels once. Standing at attention until Ferdinand's Lynx had departed.
