Due to an increased need for cooperation in the Independent Worlds as a consequence of heightened outlaw activity and a constant rise in smuggling operations. In addition, 'Steadfast Noon' aims to bring forth significant changes in the deployment and operating of all three nation's militaries so that they may be better suited to operate in a combined environment under the guidance of a joint NATO command.
Secondary goals are represented by the growing lack of trained pilots and officers on capital warships, whom will undergo both live fire drills during the exercise and be able to instruct alongside Crayter and Liberty officials in best piloting various warships and utilizing them in a variety of flexible combat scenarios.

Units Involved & Allies
OP 'Steadfast Noon' does not require a specific amount of units* in the field to be conducted; the exercises that take place during this maneuver can be easily recreated with any number of forces. The mainstay of the operation is represented by the capital warships, that will operate in different combat scenarios throughout the military mission.
OP 'Steadfast Noon' is split into two or more parts, with each participating nation receiving a day-night cycle to complete exercises alongside another participation nation. For the duration of that day cycle, forces from both nations may freely organize any drills.
Note: For the operation to commence, a minimum of 2 units must be present in the field.
Outcome & Follow-Up Operations
Upon completion, the military exercise will provide all three participant nations with a highly trained contingent of pilots that may be used both for national interests or those of the NATO.
Presently, there are no plans for follow-up operations, however the Kingdom of Bretonia backs the decision to hold 'Steadfast Noon' every year as a sign of unity with Liberty and Crayter.
