I didn't know where to post this, it seems there is a lack of a support forum >>

But anyway, I've read about mining ships and the likes and seen images of them in action. Anyone know how to friggen use them? ><

Or can you only use guns to mine those tiny rocks me sees flying about? >>

I'm playing on SP btw ^^

Its basicly like a big slow transport with alot of guns. You fly into a good mining spot (PM me for some) and you shoot rocks. Good spots take about 20 min to fill the cargo hold and then after you fly far away to sell ur goods.

Pretty basic and gets boring but its not that bad really. Only good when you have people to give your cargo too. Join the Phoenix Mining Guild for all your mining Excitment!

Once you have acquired said mining vessel, its all downhill from there as mining in the silverton feild brings you a decent cash flow with no less chance of a death if you pay attention to your surroundings, if your a pro that swinges with the best of them at mining bluebell turrets are your best bet as these offer optimal collection with no need for draining and are effective at the stupid pilot that attempts to relieve you of your collected earnings. In less than 10 huals to manhattan you have even paid off your new vessel and start to see the real !00% net of the collected ore with no cost to yourself for repairs.

I recommend you hange around pablo station when mining, the liberty navy is more than willing to aid you against the pesky pirate. :)

Ah I know some mining areas 10 times more profitable then the Silverton feilds. Not willing to share them here out in Public though... :)

Yes I know of far better and by far more dangerous as well but silver for a low cost to yourself seems fairly nice when your in a low equipment grade freightor. ;)
