Montezuma has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 22/04/2209 for:

6.6 PvP combat is allowed only on roleplay basis. The pilot who is attacking must scan for an ID prior to the attack. Relying on general reputation status (red/neutral/green) without scanning for the ID is not allowed.

Non-RP attacks are considered PvP abuse and are sanctioned accordingly.

Consequences: Banned again. Fined all credits and guns

Notes: I am getting sick and tired of writing your name in this forum. It's about time you either learned the rules or cleared off for good. You are a corsair, which means you cannot ally with a BHG to kill a Harvester. They are neutral to Corsairs in general, specific factions may have a stance other than that towards them but that does not mean you can join forces with the BHG.

Next time you brreak the rules your ban will increase to 30 days. If you still don't learn your lesson after that you will have to go permanently. In short, get your act together.

Let me explain, this hunter was talking to me about deserting the BHG and joining the corsairs, something which she has now done, all i asked that the harvester would let her live long enough to explain to her how. As im sure you know, i warned him 3 times that i didnt want the hunter harmed and gave him an RP reason (that i had taken her prisoner). If the harvesters are so keen in killing our recruits i cant see how they can be neutral to the corsairs. This is all i have to say, and if you talk to the hunter in question, im sure she will say the same.

And one more thing, it seems that again, i havent been banned as i can still log on.

I would also appreciate it if you could tell me how long my ban is, as it doesnt say, even though i dont think that this time i deserve a ban.

I am the Harvester.
You never said that she wanted to join the corsairs Nor should she come to you about doing so.
She should've bought the bribe from the FP in the first place and bought a new ship, You were OORP for engaging my cruiser and helping the BHG,
You only asked me to stop which at first i did when someone tried to hack my mainframe, But after that you said nothing only "Go Away"

So my point stands, You were OORP and it got you sanctioned.
