Chenzo had escorted three Aspis class Outcast Battle transports full of construction supplies and of course, Cardimine from Omicron alpha through to New London, Trafalgar station.

They had met no hostiles on the way as Chenzo was pretty good at taking routes which aren't the fastest, but not followed by others.

The station didn't look in the best of shape from the exterior, this theme followed on from the inside. None the less, the station was clearly in heavy use by the Junkers and associates.

Upon docking with the station, he paid the dockmaster five million credits for the keys & access cards to this singular bay before deploying a localised EMP to prevent any monitoring of what was going on inside. His ship being of such a sensitive nature that although he trusted the Junkers, he'd take every precaution to prevent anyone from snooping around. As previously known the deployed EMP did not effect his ship's living functionalities and the ship could convey its feelings of security in where it was, only then did Chenzo leave and seal the docking bay into the station before jumping into a Junker vessel in another hanger to begin supervising the offload of the building materials and Cardimine he'd brought with him as gifts.

Once complete, the Aspis's were moored and the crew from one ship stayed, whilst the crew's from the other two Aspis vessels took up guard at the entrances where Chenzo's sabre was.

The whole operation was completed without a single word spoken to or by the Outcasts that accompanied him, like a well oiled machine.

Chenzo found his way to the bar and notified the tender to call for Alandro Town, before paying for the hire of a glass, into which he poured a strange liquid from a glowing vial and sitting out of sight in the corner.

Town, we got 4 Outcasts vessels inbount, you know them?
Yeah, let them dock and handle them with respect, we don't need anymore problems right now.

Town wasn't in the best mood today, and sometimes the Docking Master is far away from being a good lad, but getting good personal on such a station is not the easiest thing.
Finally they are here. Let's see what this Outcast called Chenzo is up to, hopefully something that will benefit us aswell. Town is known to talk with himself, some people think he's crazy, some think he should be somewhere else, but overall, he's just thinking loud.

While heading towards the Bar, Town was sent a picture from the docking master inside the hangar. The Outcasts were well armed and also brought some Cardamine with them. Lucky for him, since he was running low on Cardamine.

While entering the Bar he got notified by the tender that Chenzo is already waiting.
I guess you are Chenzo? My name is Town, nice to meet you!
Town already saw that he had a drink, so he ordered one aswell, making sure to be a good business partner.

Upon seeing who Chenzo suspected was Alandro Town enter the bar he piped up. He'd chosen a corner where nobody could approach without being in view. Being an Outcast means always watching your back and even in trusted areas surrounded by guards who'd fight to the death for you, always keep your guard up. In addition, always positioning yourself for the best advantage in the worst possible outcome. Chenzo had brought a variety of side arms incase his mental trickery didn't work if things went south.

None the less, this was meant to be a positive encounter, one he'd sought out himself to forge new business relationships.

Senor town, I am indeed an an honour for me to be invited here, thank you.

Please forgive me in not sharing what's in my vial, I can assure you that you wouldn't want it.

Today for me, was about meeting you. I have previously dealt with the Congress who's outfit was most professional and I'd encountered on countless occasions where as yourself, never.

I by no means am here to compare, but I am here to offer you and your colleagues some work.

I have brought with me 4300 units of Basic Alloy, Robotics and the same amount of Cardimine and before you ask or worry- the Cardimine is 100% sealed to prevent contamination and of course, any unwanted use.

Regardless of whether we do business or not, these gifts are me trying to show seriousness in my offer and request. Do what you wish with the cardimine, the other supplies are to assist with the reconstruction of your base here. I've heard things weren't great in times past and wanted to offer my support.

Alandro Town nods to show he understands.

Business with me is under the following conditions;

1- Information of goings on is to be passed to nobody
2- Any time you should need to reach out for any reason, you should do so without hesitation.

Of course, with the addition of any other conditions you have to set out.

Before you say anything, I'll extend the nature and offer of the business I come before you requesting.

I require commodities and items in vast quantities which being an Outcast, I can't get my hands on, but you can.

I'm asking you haul these to Omicron Alpha for which every load you'll be paid for and receive a free load of Cardimine.

OR

I can collect these supplies from yourselves, each time bringing credits for you and of course cardimine. My issue is I simply can't get my hands on these commodities, but you can with ease... due to your diplomacy.

Or indeed, a mixture of the two, senor.

Let me know how this sounds to you.

Congress you say? Yeah, this guys are some fine Junkers.

Looks like this Chenzo dude was someone bigger in the business, working together with the Congress and earning their trust isn't easy. Town wasn't sure if he could ever get on the same level as the Congress is, but for sure he will try it.

Thanks for the supplies, Trafalgar is always in need of those. About the Cardamine, thanks aswell, our supplies were running low and this will make some people on this station and in Bretonia really happy!
*he pauses for a second and takes a sip from his drink*
Business as usual, of course I have no clue who you are and you were obviously never here.
*he laughs*

Doing business is always dangerous but also profitable, all you need to do is not to get caught and to never mention them somewhere else. Town knows how this business works, overall it's not the first time he works with the Outcasts, but dealing with a research station owner is something new.

Tell me what you need Chenzo and I will give my best to get this wherever you want it. The free Cardamine and some extra credits will help Trafalgar, overall we still allow people to do some deals here without the interruption of the Bretonian officials.
*he takes a large sip from his drink*
I just have one demand, keep the activity and raids against the Bretonian citizens a little bit lower, I'm a Bretonian citizen aswell, and it always hurts me to see that some of my fellow lads are getting in trouble with the Outcasts.

If that sounds good to you Chenzo, we have a deal.
*Town reaches his hand out and awaits a handshake from Chenzo*

Keeping the average Bretonian citizen out of trouble, Town might be able to put the Junkers into a better light in Bretonia.

As Alandro town speaks Chenzo becomes increasingly happier. They are clearly on the same page.

As Town had lent forward to offer his hand for a handshake, Chenzo leans forward the same to give him a firm hand shake but as Alandro naturally pulls away, Chenzo kept grip and raised his other hand to pass Town a "USB-241.0" pen drive. Town was clearly initially confused but realised and reached forward to take the pen drive. The hand shake awkwardly took a couple of seconds. but both returned to their seats afterward.

Town pulls a device from his pocket and plugs in the pen drive to open its files. Whilst he fumbles with it, Chenzo takes out a cigarette and gestures to offer one as well as inadvertently asking if its ok to light it.

Town is more attentive to the USB Pen drive but nods, Chenzo leaves the packet on the table as he lights the cigarette and takes an appreciative toke.

Chenzo checks his hacker supplied wrist watch to confirm there's no recording or interference devices present. He was sure that the only ones who could use it were The Hackers themselves and they were allies, Chenzo didn't care if they knew what he was doing. He rarely wore the watch anyway.

Once things display on your screen there, senor, the password is "Loyalty" with a capital L It's an non exhaustive list of what I can't get my hands on myself, the quantities too.

I don't expect this to be a fast operation nor do I expect you to be able to complete it by yourselves, which is why I permit you to sub contract to acquire these items and commodities at your free will. The bottle neck however will be that I will expect only your units to make deliveries or meet my units in space for hand over, we can collect from anywhere, senor. I have access to far more than just these battle transports.

He takes a few more tokes of the cigarette before continuing.

With regards to Bretona.... Senor, I am Bretonian myself and it pains me to ever have to shoot any of the Bretonian Armed Forces or Bowex. We have a history, just as you do. I won't say more than that, but I will only ever shoot them if I absolutely have to. Of course senor, that knowlege must never pass your lips, but I feel we can trust one another on what is to become a rather mutually beneficial back and fourth organisation, si?

He takes a sip of his strange fluorescent drink before saying in almost a hurry;

Oh, please senor. Don't think I am limited to only supplying you with Cardimine... File two of what is on the pendrive is a list of things I may acquire for yourselves... Feel free to ask for any others and I'll be as transparent with you as I can.

Chenzo sits back in his seat and observes the quiet bar, always keeping an eye on the doors. His guards outside the station, inside the station and his personal ship showed no signs of concern, there was nothing to worry about.
