I will be brief and to the point regarding this transmission.
After the recent actions from the Insurgency, the Technocratic Directorate has come to a decision to bring an offering of intelligence related to the Insurgent War and those who are involved.
We have some data regarding:
The destination and receivers of the Insurgent refugees.
Movement data of some Insurgent Task Forces in Vespucci.
Intel on enemy communications.
Withdrawl & Evacuation data on Insurgent Forces
Data on collaborator's ties to an underworld pirate group
Older intel on the IN|H-INS-Enterprise regarding intentions
We will be willing to sell this data, be it via credits, technological knowledge or material good. Be warned, some of this recon data is time limited, so we cannot keep the offer on indefinitely, but we can still offer the other data even if the expiry date has passed.

Valentine;
Good morning.
I suppose your Directorate has forgotten their current status in Liberty, what-with having assisted the Insurgency in direct strikes against Liberty forces in the past, though I haven't been keeping a close watch on the technocracy in recent months. I really would like to take your offer at face value, but I'm reminded of the last time an Auxo bomber strike force was firing torpedoes at the battlecruiser I was personally commanding. You might also remember the absolute slaughter it was for the Insurgency as well.
So I'll make a counter. A good start into getting off the LSF shit-list would be to show you're here in good faith, and providing the intel you have now. If it's good, or intel we don't have, the LSF can find it in their budget to pay you for your services. If it's months old or something widely known by our agency, I can't promise you anything. That's the best I can offer unfortunately, as the technocracy has a penchant for giving Liberty the finger whenever it was most convenient for them, and I find it really exhausting to work with people who can't be honest about their intentions. At least I know the Rogues want to shoot me, and will always try, regardless the circumstances.
I expect to hear from you soon.

We have never seen eye to eye with Liberty, not after the antagonistic incursions into Inverness during the treaty, nor do we particularly enjoy that certain elements of Liberty branches, such as Fifth Fleet, collaborate with both of our nemesis' who desire our extinction. Our patience with those who collaborate with the Order or the Core is finite. It is why we are angered, we do not appreciate our cause or our home being threatened. In the end, we do not wish to be disturbed, and we hope that any neighbouring entities will not be recklessly handling and/or hoarding alien materials.
These conditions also apply to the Insurgents too after their Command has become completely delusional within the recent years, starting to even target independents that do not align with their own interests - disrupting the supply lines, attempting to subjugate our home during their last moments of this conflict. We really do not appreciate Insurgency's treachery. And we would much rather keep our own corner quiet.
Whatever the case, the Insurgency has sought fit - or so it would appear - to collaborate with the Crayterians and the Corsairs. Curiously, Crayter have decided to harbor one certain Outcast destroyer vessel. What makes it all the more curious is that the Abbadon used to be within the Insurgent forces.

We may have more data regarding the afforementioned, "collaborators of our nemesis" and said nemesis' presence in Liberty, but that will take some time to encrypt, and we will need to discuss further indepth as a recent incident has been growing over the past year. For now, this scenario takes precedence.

Valentine;
Good day.
A couple of my agents have compared the data gathered to some of our own, and I've given it a once-over myself, and while there's a couple of details that we weren't aware of, most of this information is known to us. That's not to say I don't appreciate you reaching out and offering a rather large portfolio of gathered intel. In all honesty, I cannot offer a large sum of credits in return for this, but I'm willing to consider whatever you want, within the scope of reason. A small bit of good will, a touch of amnesty, or if you desperately need the credits, I'm certain we can find an amount to settle upon.
I will give you some extra points for simply giving me the information in the spirit of trust however. I didn't expect it truthfully.
