With the Rheinwehr and Buro battlegroups temporarily disabled, the Wild in Thuringia has a window in which it can harden Valhalla against a future assault. The time for stealth and secrecy is over - the Rheinlanders are coming, and the station must be ready to resist them by any means. The voidlings will not be able to save them at every opportunity - the installation must be put to use before its time runs out.

While the larger ships of the battlegroup are undergoing repairs and other fleets cannot spare any hulls, there is plenty of smaller, more mobile, resources to draw on. Fighter pilots eager for combat flight hours are welcome to insert themselves into the blockade rotation, and make sure any gaps are plugged before another assault on the installation. With the Buro focusing on making Bayern habitable for ongoing patrols, it is only a matter of patience and endurance to make sure Valhalla remains cut-off from the outside world.

• RM and BDM must attempt to shoot down any transports to prevent them from making a delivery
  
• RM and BDM can attempt to hunt the Wild's combat ships to prevent them from interfering with the blockade
  
• The Wild can attempt to hunt RM and BDM ships to reduce the effectiveness of the blockade, or escort any transports making a delivery

Rules

• General rules
  - Only registered individuals are considered to be event participants. Your registration is only valid 4 hours after your forum/discord post.
  - Being put out of action by an event participant is valid for 4 hours for the purpose of the event.
  - All factions are limited to their slots for Capital ships. Additional slots may be added as the event progresses.
  
  
• Transport rules
  - Deliveries must show proof of purchase and proof of sale, with timestamps. Open the inventory, type /time into the chat, and take a screenshot. You must be right on top of Valhalla (within 100m) for this to be valid, and then you can jettison your goods. Reply to this thread with the relevant information.
  - No cloaking or jump drives for transports.
  - Transports will be reimbursed by me for their deliveries if people want, just message me about this once the event concludes.
  
  
• These event rules only apply in Thuringia, and only during active event times
  
• Note that normal server rules still apply during the event.

After some feedback:
I will personally reimburse any costs of delivering supplies if that encourages people to log as a transport.
Also, seeing as it's too annoying to figure out which ids can even land on Valhalla while buying this stuff, you can just jettison the good right on top of Valhalla instead (it has to be say <100m away in your screenshot).
