To whom it may concern,

This is Governor Stone of New Hope Colony.
I'm sure you're aware of the recent joint announcement by Liberty and Gallia, and I'd like to issue a request, direct towards Military Command as well as Mr. Westbrook's office.

I'm aware the Military is currently enforcing a blockade against Gallia, for both imports as well as exports. Following the previously mentioned declaration, it's fair to say that trade between the houses in question will soon start flowing en masse. Does the Military plan to enforce said blockade to the fullest, or to create exceptions as it did following the treaty signing?

Should the former be the case, I would implore the Military to concede some clearances for foreign shipping out of Liberty, lest diplomatic controversy develop.
