I just found out that I have been ban from the server. And after reading the ban I know who filed the report who was also issued a warning the same day of my ban. This ban is in the right due to me saying to a certain someone (Katie Katastrophe) "screw you". Now here is my problem with the situation as a whole. I'm sure this child (Katie Katastrophe) supplied the administrator's with only the choice screen shots of the entire conversation. Here is how it all went down
Here is how it all went down. First thing first, I'm an Outcast and as some people including LPI and LN also know so is this Katie Katastrophe. Well I came into Alpha flying a Red Hessian bomber to sell some Corsair pilots and get some cardi. I did not engage in dialogue in anyway with this child quite the opposite in fact. He/she opened dialogue with no greeting, not one bit of respect shown at anytime in our exchange. From the jump this child (Katie Katastrophe) started interrogating me on my ship because I was an Outcast flying a RH bomber. Well when I tried to RP it and explain why I had this vessel I was ordered to "get another Falcata cause their are more from where that came from and to get in line and if I wanted to be a Red Hessian then I need to get an ID and be a Red Hessian" point blank. I was told this two or three times in different ways. This child also told me that I was OORP and that I was not allowed to use RH equipment and began to insinuate that I was a traitor.
According to the technology chart it gets the green light. Link Now I landed and did what I had to do and was on my way out of the system but this child continued to antagonize and insult me by continuing the traitor accusations and this is were I stopped my cruise engines and said "screw you". I told the child not to rule lawyer me and it's response was something along the lines "well you obviously don't know the rules of the server". I replied that "I'm aware of the rules". Now I cannot recall the whole conversation word for word it was almost a week ago. But I ended this pointless and annoying conversation with a "Why don't you go back to NY and flirt with some LPI" and there was no response from the child in fact it departed from the server and returned minutes later. No doubt that's when it wrote it's sanction report against me for saying "screw you".
NOW! I'm certain this report was filed not cause I said "screw you" but because of the "Why don't you go back to NY and flirt with some LPI" response. I'm sure the report only had the screens of me saying "screw you" and not the conversation as a whole for if it did, I would think Katie Katastrophe would have been in violation of trying to impersonate a Administrator or something along those lines, although I can't be to certain when it comes to this server. Granted I said "screw you" but this report was vindictive and manipulative and was clearly in response to my flirting with LPI comment, not the "screw you" comment that I had said in response to his/her traitor accusations. In which I would consider and I could be crazy to think this but as an Outcast flirting with Liberty house police and military that would be more of a act of treason than flying an allie vessel. I call that vindictive. And sending choice cuts from the conversation, I would call that manipulative, and since I didn't stoop to your childish level Katie and file a report for what I think could possibly be infractions against the server rules, well you got the last word I hope you feel better about yourself.
I also read the warning he/she got from Administration and his/her response to the warning for OOC in system chat was this "My apologies Del. That was the second time someone said those two words to me that morning and I let my anger get the better of me there. Wont happen again". Well I must say two people said the same two words to you in the same morning. WOW! Not surprising considering if you treated them anything like you treated me, a fellow Outcast, then my conclusion to that would be that your attitude is piss poor and that you need to go to the bathroom and come back with a new one. I guess I was the second person to have said it to him/her since I'm the one banned for saying that, which I don't believe for a second that your feelings were hurt from that comment but more so of the fact that it made you look like a fool to the other person that was in the system at that time and heard some if not all of our conversation. And your timely departure from the server to run and file a report only solidifies my assumption.
I will not apologize to this child and I will not seek revenge. But this type of behavior is disgusting to me. I felt the need to tell my side of this conflict, these are the facts I wish I could supply the evidence of everything so it could be noted but I know why I'm being punished. It's just sicking that it was actually filed out of some childish tantrum. Hopefully anyone reading this takes caution when dealing with this individual cause this person WILL file sanctions on a drop of a hat, especially if he/she can't get the last word. At least this has been my experience. So here's to you Katie, keep flying your big ship so you can keep running you big mouth but in the end you are RPing a foolish girl in a big ship.

Firstly, yes I'm known by the LN and PLI, but you might also find I'm also well known by the KNF, =CR=, Corsairs and of course, the Outcasts (which you don't seem to be, probably because you don't spend much time in our area of influence).
You accuse me of never being on the front line? Hardly surprising you haven't seen me. Outcast front line with the Corsairs is Eta and Theta. The Omegas are the Hessian/Corsair front lines, not ours.
All I was telling you was it's unusual for an Outcast to fly a non-Outcast ship, because we prefer our own ship line. If you prefer Red Hessian ships and fly with the Red Hessians so much, maybe you'd prefer to be a Hessian. From there you just got angry and abusive.

And the 'Get in line' quote you bring up was nothing to do with me telling you about getting into Outcast character, it was my response to your "Screw you!" line.

Wanna know what happened when the other guy said it that morning? He was a trader who didn't stop for scanning in Alpha. After a chase and a confrontation it turned out he was carrying cardi. All I said to him was "All you had to do was let us know you were carrying cardi and you wouldn't have had any problems." His response? Yup, you guessed it. Maybe I should have sanctioned him for that too, but I was feeling lenient.
You however, really took things too far.

How? Explain that to me? It's not like I'm dating them. How can humiliating before killing an enemy in our zone of influence be considered an act of treason?
I never once called you a traitor. Not once. I'm simply saying maybe you'd prefer to be Hessian, since you fly in Hessian zones with Hessian ships.

Like I have said in my first post. The screen shot(s) you have are only a tiny part of the conversation as a whole. I don't go around saying to people "screw you" or being confrontational, I have never had a problem with anyone on this server before until now, I have never been penalized before on this server until now, and I wasn't having a bad day. You have manipulated and blurred the line between fact and fiction again.
You never at any point in our conversation were civil, you had something up your bottom from the start. Only to become worse as the conversation went on. Now I'm not gonna have a he said she said duel here. You have quoted transcripts from a screen shot(s) that are at the end of our conversation and was clearly in response to your constant badgering on top of your rule lawyering and traitor accusations.
Your inquisition into why I was flying that ship was answered clearly and with no enmity when you asked me at the beginning of our conversation. So why then would you have continued talking to me if not to only RP? Was my answer not clear enough for you to understand or was it not good enough for you? I wasn't making conversation with you or insulting you. So when I finally had insulted you by saying "screw you" it was only in response to your everlasting shower of B.S. towards me at the VERY END of our conversation.
After I told you why I was flying that VERY LEGAL and with in RP of my ID ship, that should have been the end of our conversation. But it wasn't cause you obviously felt the need to say more, WAY MORE. The fact of the matter is it wasn't me that took it too far it was you. It's not as if I stuck around to chat with you I mean you did pretty much all of the talking. I was compliant and in good form with you until it became apparent that your animosity towards me was not accidental or misunderstood in fact it appeared to be deliberate.
If you are being a jerk to someone for no reason does it really come to you as a surprise that one would respond to you in a negative way? If it were me and I seen a Outcast fly into Alpha in an RH fighter class vessel I could care less, plus it's not against the rules. Yes it's not common to see that but it's not hated or scorned in Outcast society. You didn't even listen to how I RP'ed it or RP with me. You basically thought that since you had a bigger ship you are somewhere at the top of Outcast hierarchy and can be a leader of sorts. As I had said in game, I had been fighting against the Corsairs on the front lines with the RH in the Omegas. I was given permission to purchase one of their vessels because my Falcata had been destroyed. And I never accused you of not being on the front line I said I had been on the front lines. I know the ZOI of the Outcast and RH as well.
I was simply responding to your traitor accusations by asking you, and this is literally word for word here "but how can I be a traitor when this is where I have been and what I have been doing?" But according to you I'm a traitor cause I fly a ally vessel and not a Outcast vessel? And no kid, the "get in line" comment was said by YOU in conjunction with getting an Outcast vessel which you had told me to do more than once. Also when you said "maybe you'd prefer to be Hessian, since you fly in Hessian zones with Hessian ships" now I recall that was in response to a question where I had asked you "are you trying to insinuate that I'm a traitor?" because you made a couple prior comments that were questioning my loyalty as an Outcast because of piloting the hessian bomber.
I gave you no reason at all for you to act the way you did towards me I didn't threaten, insult or provoke you in any way to deserve this. The only time I said anything remotely insulting to you was in response to your behavior towards me. Cause after all every action has a reaction. You are not the victim here kid so please stop trying to paint this picture of you making an innocent observation and harmless comments towards me and all of a sudden I just got pissed and was disrespectful towards an you got verbally abused. It couldn't be any farther from the truth. I have said all that I feel is necessary on this topic and as I said I'm not gonna get into a he said she said duel.
