Due to a lack of publicly-available documentation regarding your installation, it is requested that a representative of the station forward information regarding: identification, immediate status as of this transmission; list of groups blacklisted from mooring with your installation; information regarding owner and possible representatives of the base.
Salutations, Capitano. I am the owner and Administrator of Freeport 26. It is a Zoner installation, which allows docking with all types except those whom have blue tentacles growing from their heads. It is currently, more or less, abandoned as we have moved elsewhere due to repeated Nomad incursions that have reached even into Colorado as I am sure you know. Freeport 26 is for sale, though we have had no offers - I can hardly blame them, who would want to live in a hellhole such as Kepler these days... I hope this helps, and finds you in good health.
