Polar and Winzar have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 28th april '09 for:
Quote:6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.
Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to use Outcast ships and guns.
All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the course of a player - player combat
Consequences: Fined 10 million each, or equipment to the sum of ten million.
Notes: The liberty rogues can engage people within their zone of influence. Omega49 is most definately -not- within your zone of influence, so what exactly were you doing pirating there?
As Mollies and rogues are allies, They have the right to be there dont they?
Also I would like to mention we chased a Corsair there.
So are they allowed to be there if they are chasing an enemy with me?

The greatest Roleplay ever of an Outcast Battleship being "Stolen"
You were not there Seamus, and no, being allies does not give them the right to be out of their zone.
They are called 'LIBERTY' Rogues, the name sort of sums it up really.
