[49'er]Ares aka. [49'er]hephaistos has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 28th april 09 for:
Quote:5.3 Attacking characters of level 29 and below is prohibited. Characters under level 30 cannot be attacked by players of any level, except if they have non-Civilian ID onboard, and except cases of self-defense. Civilians who possess a CODENAME weapon may be attacked within roleplay at any level according to the piracy requirements.
Consequences: Fined all your guns and credits. Since there was very little there (20million or so) I just deleted the character.
Notes: Attacking under level civilian ID's players isn't nice, and we are pretty savage in return for that kind of behaviour. Attempting to move all your credits all over the place following that to avoid a sanction was an even worse move.
