Character history : Gloria Brugmann had always wanted to make a difference in the world. A lifelong resident of the Planet New Berlin in Rhineland, she had dedicated her life to protecting her city by serving on its police force. She was a strong, determined woman and a force to be reckoned with.
But many things had changed in the city over the years, and Gloria realized that her police force was no longer capable of keeping her city safe. After years of frustration watching her city succumb to despair and crime, Gloria decided to take matters into her own hands.
She resigned from her police force, and instead embraced a life of crime. She was determined to use her skills to forcefully bring justice to the city. Fearful of her capabilities, other criminals avoided her like the plague.
