I can do English
I can do Spanish

But every time I try to download Datastorm for my comp everything's in German!

Can anyone point me to one that will install in English?

Installation is in German, all the information it displays after the mod files are loaded is english.

The installation program is easy enough to figure out. You generally have buttons in this configuration:


[Back][Next/Install][Cancel]

If you only see two, the configuration is generally:

[Next/Install][Cancel]


So, click the middle or leftmost button as the case may be and it'll install with the default settings.
