"You'd be surprised how quickly they'll cry wolf about the delivery of a few tonnes of food and medicine supplies to those who are truly in need, and then panic when they discover weapons with blank-serial numbers on them amongst the enraged masses when the situation hasn't improved... Odd coincidence really. A means of offense while staying secluded is the art of the underground and maybe we need to give them a nudge in the right direction.

"I can tell you myself that small LSF elements are present planetside and certainly have an advanced arsenal, but the majority deployed are LPI corpo-cops, equipped with common police surveillance systems designed for mass production. If we're able to deploy something equally as simple for electronic-countermeasures and force the LPI out of their comfort zone then those militants planetside may have a chance at striking back and evading losses. What we can look into is the weaponised materials they need remote explosives, fire and forget missiles, all that lot... I'm sure there is a manufacturer we can find that might suit them. Then they'll witness shock and horror, bring the reality of a "fire on soil" to liberty for once.

"Hope your performance examinations from the Imperial oversight ministry isn't causing too much of a hampering Direktor, not the best of times when you have those of ignorant of the real conflicts that are familiar to us, those that we refer to as... 'unspeakable duties'.

"Things have developed since our last contact, quite rapidly actually... Even for me it seems that a passion of resistance is causing more grief, so much that Liberty has finally resorted to a 'civilian compromise'. Seems like its been some time since they've occupied a civilian planet with an unwelcoming population, they might find themselves suddenly short on resources with the increasing blockades and deterrence within Galileo. They're already broadcasting a new civilian provisional body, mainly to take over the enforcement and government handling for the planets annexation... These corporate blues can't seem to understand when someone says "No."

Anyhow, I'm not here to talk about what we already know of Liberty, lets talk locals...

Lets start off with the hearsay, little mutterings here and there, But I think might be worth looking into:

Word is being passed around that Kusari is interested in supporting efforts against Liberty's occupation... Which on a personal note is... Expected. But the Militants aren't too keen on 'bending over backwards' for them either. The rebels don't like the idea of constantly being pampered with empty words from rival states, maybe it would be best that direct support from the Agency would be unadvised, proxies would be required for handling, and support remains relevant towards Militia-developed objectives. Kusari might help them in staying afloat marginally. But lets make sure they don't have too much leverage, wouldn't you agree Old Friend?

A militant convoy was attacked all through Rheinland, Sigmas and the Omegas by nomad forces, their attack swarms consisted of both corrupted vessels and natural war-forms. The convoy was formed by a hospital ship of refugees and casualties, and Cargo vessels contained human essentials and civil utilities, I have a feeling this is related to the increase of the same type of convoys attacked in the region. During combat we took no losses but ships were damaged during the route, it was a lucky break. Following quarantine protocol, all escape pods from the vessels that were terminated. Dog-tags from Rheinland pilots could not be recovered, may their oath lay at rest and their 'stolen souls' find themselves at peace.

On the more personally witnessed things, took a trip to do some sightseeing in Ontario and Coronardo, its a mess...

My first stop, Sudbury seems like it was a much more powerful variant of the 'catalyst signal' we've seen rise from our shadowed planet, considering where it aimed out to and the distance of any other stellar bodies in that direction. Maybe ours had already been tampered by our hostile neighbors before their expulsion planet-side, this may have resulted in the first detonation of Gotha... Planet Sudbuy's dimensional spear has faded, it's now dormant and has returned to its previous state shielded state.

This may have correlations to the one that happened within our home-space during 820AS, Energies that were sent out during the activation of 'dimensional spear' of Ontario's Planet Sudbury are very familiar to us.

Planet Jericho on the other hand is now looking primed for its next stage, structures have appeared all over the planet and a planetary shield being projected from the surface has encapsulated the planet. Tall ancient zigurrat structures have emerged from the ground from , two larger sized variants on the north and south poles, and eight in circumference of the planets equator. No doubt this is another ticking clock as of which we're playing the waiting game for... No doubt a second Pulse is yet to come. Lanes and the gate in the system have suffered heavy damage from a system wide energy shock-wave.

The Crayter and LSF presence within the area is already apparent, but it seems like the Order are becoming involved in its investigations -- Naturally. Caliban may have a few answers since he was in the area, and usually that spells 'heightened activity' with multiple interested parties we like keep tabs on.

On a personal recommendation... Samuel Koller in 'SRS-Module-3' labs usually keeps a stash of Stuttgart Glacier-Valley apples away, he them brings up on the first week of every month from his cousins ranch allotment, I used to bring him two packs of the coveted 'Kurrywurst' officer rations to keep his breaks enjoyable, worked quite well to get one of those apples... Its well worth it.
