[Server Config] TLAGSNET only tracks Provence TLs in Gallia

[Gallic Navy]

Type: [GN]G- ID /net tracks only Provence
Bug: /net connects but tracks only Provence tradelanes.
Reproduction Steps:

• Log [GN]G-
  
• See vessels enter lanes in e.g. Languedoc
  
• Don't get notified on /net
  

Additional Information: the indie ID (Gallic Gendarmerie ID) and their /net seem to work as intended - at least in IDF, Burgundy - maybe a case of looking what is in there and taking it over?

Looks to me in the config like both Gendarmerie and [GN]G- IDs have the following systems

GA01 - Ile-de-France
GA02 - Orleanais
GA03 - Picardy
EW13 - Languedoc
EW15 - Burgundy
EW16 - Champagne

And Provence (GA08) is nowhere on the list
