[Art] Asteroid POB model has broken docking points

Bug: Docking at a Pob with the Asteroid Model(Core4, with the Ring around the asteroid)

Reproduction Steps:

• Take a seat into the Arrastra
  
• Fly to a Pob who has the Asteroid Design (Core4)
  
• Press Dock for slow docking and you are stuck at the animation(Ship doesn't fit into the docking bay)

On top of the above info, even if a ship fits, there is no trigger inside the bay that finalizes the dock.
