Bug: NPCs in the Bar looks like Simpsons

Reproduction Steps:

• Be friendly and dock in Planet Houston
  
• Get to the Bar
  
• The NPC at the side of the Bartender and the Bartender will look like being a Simpson, is really annoying

Maybe as i understand this is due a yellow light wrongplaced or something, i ask [Dev]Alex to check it out in order to leave this as "Corrupted file or Corrupted Driver" but he reported me to make a Ticket about this, since we both can see this issue, so probably should be fixed in someway ...

I should ask too, why it seems darker zones on characters? is this a known issue or have something related to resolution in-game?

FYI this also happens on my install without bloom or d3d8to9. On the suggestion of @Kauket I have also tested it with d3d8to9 and confirmed that fixes the problem. Have not tested it with bloom

Can you give me a link to D3D8to9? i am only using a file is called D3D8.dll so it can actually run on an Nvidia GPU

Windows 10 onwards doesn't seem to ... do lighting correctly for FL. I'm not sure exactly why, I'm not a programmer, but I know there were plugins out there to make it think it's using d9. It shouldn't get you banned, you put it in the DATA/EXE/ folder

I think this is the one, cause there are two versions. (this also allows you to use reshade because of this too, if you wanted to further customise your game)
