▶ Hey, I'm Mai Pham from the Junker frigate Lucky Venture, and after stumbling upon what's going down in Kansas, I'd like to know what the conditions are, hypothetically speaking, if a Junker gal wanted to set up her little scrapyard for processing junk, toxic fuel, and the like in Kansas or Vespucci.
We did see each other in Kansas I do hope that you managed to get some good salvage from those wrecks. To cut to the chase, I am Toxotes, and the Technocracy has authorized me to address your inquiries.
Should you decide to establish your installation in Kansas, we have only two requests:
Avoid building near or entering the Tuttle Creek Nebula.
Do not permit the Core or the Order docking permissions.
If you plan to work with alien materials, inquire with us beforehand, as Kansas is a ... special case. As for Vespucci we don't have any demands except cooperation with Order and Core is not allowed, but there are others inside that system that may want to bother you.

▶ Hey there, Sentinel Toxotes. Well, if that nebula's packed with those xenopathogens that got you folks wrecking that base, then I sure as hell ain't planning on flying over there or setting up shop anytime soon. I assume you wouldn't be wearing these masks if it'd be safe and healthy to go there.
It ain't a problem for me to keep the Order or Core out of my hypothetical station, even though that still feels like a pretty darn weird list of unwanted factions. Is Core even venturing this far from the Edgeworlds? And like, why didn't you mention the Liberty blue-suits, considering the mess that went down in Kansas recently?
Glad to hear that you will stay clear of the barred zone, Miss Pham.. As for baring access to that theoretical base I specified both the Order and the Core as they are a primary enemy of the Technocracy and the previous base that broke quarantine was under suspicion of working with those groups.
Liberty forces were omitted under the assumption that Junkers would naturally deny them entry, but yes we would also like for you to keep them out. They shouldn't bother you too much unlike the Xenos that do frequent both systems as do the Lane Hackers and the Rogues.
We trust you'll enforce this as discussed, and in return, we'll refrain from interference in your affairs.

▶ Hey there, Sentinel Toxotes. Well, you know us Junkers, we're pretty warm and open to almost all sides and opinions that don't outright go against us, so I got nothing against the folks in blue and their creds. But no worries, your house, your rules.
If I were to decide to build a small orbital station in Kansas, it would probably be closer to Vespucci so I could have access to all those wrecks left behind by the blue and orange navies - or whatever color the Liberty Insurgency actually had on its banner.
Do you know anythin' about that weird gateway system by any chance? I was there, but couldn't wrap my mind around it.
