Ship computer: AutoBuilder v 0.50
Ship pilot: None
Ship class: Combat Service Vehicle
Ship role: Construction and maintenance of infrastructure in deep space

Information: Automated construction ships, like this one, were developed for tasks and areas too dangerous for human pilots. To cut down on costs, instead of building costly repair ships, several CSV's were purchased from the junkers, the pilot seat removed to make room for the ship's AI core. To prevent loss of all the subroutines learned over time, the ship computer is housed in a escape pod, similar to the ones used in human-piloted ships.

This particular unit is designed primary for maintenance and repairs of jump gates and trade lanes, however, it can do other space construction related tasks as well. It also responds to threats intelligently, with responses ranging from defending itself, to fleeing, to jettisoning its cargo to prevent destruction. However, the CSV chassis is not designed as a combat ship, so don't count on this unit winning fighters.
