Guildmasters, I hope this message finds you well.
I'm Harriet Potter, most recent addition to the Independent Miners' Guild tight-knit flock and an aspiring computer science specialist; I've graduated Stanford with master's degree.
But I digress - more importantly, I've come with great distress: my multiplatform testing is under severe threat of failure while barely even started! What little stockpile the Independent Miners had looks like they've seen much better times and those craft supposed to be in active service in Royal squadron require such extensive maintenance it'd delay my testing by several months if I tried fixing them on the go and maybe a little less if worked on by an APM engineer.
Faster and simpler solution as I see it is simply ordering new models while I'm taking this problem to my own Guildmasters and they decide what to do with it, and I'm inclined to say I have a technical solution that'd entice quite a few of your Hunters I'll be willing to share after receiving at least preliminary telemetry results on regular Hunters' ships. Ideally, I'd be looking at acquiring a Barracuda and a Moray for testing and combat use purposes.

Miss Potter.
These office tasks truly manage to stay interesting, I am impressed. This time it is a computer science and engineering nerd, great.
Before I consider anything further, care to enlighten me if the Royal squadron is what it appears to be? A small squadron of our hardware already in service of the Guild, right? You see, some of the previous Guildmasters were not exactly the pinnacle of reliability when it comes to clean documentation.

Guildmaster Grafton!
It's a great delight to hear from you, and I'm sorry to come back to you so long after you've graced me with an answer.
Not all of Royal squadron is exclusively AP hardware, but Red and Turquoise are a Hammerhead and a Moray, respectively - I've confirmed it myself and it matched the documentation I've found in Guild's documentation. If now isn't a good time to give these ships much deserved maintenance or even replacement - then I don't know when is.

Miss Potter.
I launched a small investigation around the circumstances leading to this sale of our vessels in the first place and I am glad to return to you with good news. It appears they were handed out to your Guild for a symbolic sum as sign of a fruitful cooperation lasting many years. In respect of previous Guildmasters work - surprisingly it is respectable for once - and due to unforeseen circumstances, I organised you something.
Both vessels may be brought to Sheffield Station and the Miner Guild will receive two brand new replacement vessels. The Bounty Hunter they were going to be assigned to unfortunately deceased in combat before his transfer from the BPA to our Guild. Consider them a token of appreciation from my side for the continous excellent business partnership between our two Guilds.
