We are reaching out because, we have run into you all from time to time in the Omegas. We have even helping you in battle with pirates not to long ago. I would like to do business with you all. We are in need of specific materials that we know you are able to acquire. Of course we will offer payment in return for you all bringing them to us, we will even offer protection in the Omega's the best we can. We are small and do not have a lot of support yet, but what we have we can give. We hope you are able to receive this message, and we hope you do not view us like the houses do, and believe the false claims they have with use in the current era.

My name is Claire DeGrasse, I am a operations coordinator in the Independent Miners Guild. It is a pleasure to meet you. We are of course always willing to help our Comrades in the Coalition, however, given that there have been some issues in the past with specific parts their forces, I'd like to know a bit more about your group. What exactly are your goals, and how do you plan to influence the Omega region in the future? It is important for us to understand who exactly we are working with. While answering these questions, you may aswell tell me which materials you are in need of, since I have no doubt that we will accept your request.

It's interestin', you reaching out to us. Us Syndics have been thinkin' about establishing a line with your people ourselves, but seems you beat us to it. We remember your help against the Corsair menace, and fondly at that. However, we've got a fair few questions for you, along the lines of those already posed by Comrade DeGrasse.
Not sure how much you know about the Kongsi Syndicate, so I'll give you the lowdown. We're anarchists, meaning we don't practice hierarchy and we share our resources in common among ourselves and our dearest friends, distributing them as we're able and as they might be needed. I don't speak from a position of "authority" of any kind, beyond what temporary trust's been vested in me by my peers -- in that capacity, I regularly find myself leading patrols and combat ops up in the Taus, with my counterpart in the Omegas being Seth Al-Wajdi from our cruiser Bella Ciao.
So, as you might guess, we're a little wary of the Coalition. We don't doubt your utility as friends, seein' as you're locked in a death-war with the Corsair menace that threatens all the good people of the Omegas and beyond, and you punch well above your weight in fightin' them. What gives us pause is that all previous interaction with the Coalition have indicated that your state -- already a dirty word -- is more intensely hierarchical than even the Houses. I'm curious if that's somethin' the CIS is in favor of, and if not, what it intends to do about it.
Commissars breathing down your neck prolly doesn't make any prospect of shaking things up internally any easier, I'll admit, and we're likely amenable to working with you against the Corsairs no matter your answer to these questions, but if you're lookin' to do any more than joint combat ops and simple trades of supplies, it'd put every Syndic's mind at ease to know that the enemy of our enemy won't some day turn into a new enemy, if you're picking up what I'm putting down.
Let me know when you get the chance, and if we see more or less eye-to-eye, I'm quite sure the transport unions would be more than happy to ferry whatever you need down to wherever you need it.

Thank you both so much for the response. Let me address the general questions of what we are about and our goals. We are mostly independent of the rest of the Coalition as a whole, we are not happy with how the current government is running things and we would like to make things better not just for the people of the Coalition but for the Omegas as a whole. The Coalition is viewed mostly as a terrorist faction that operates out of the Omegas and we would like to show the rest of Sirius that we are not. For the Omegas, we would like to push the Corsairs out of the area, securing it better for everyone to be able to live there lives in peace. The houses seem to not care about this little corner of space and even are having a hard time even keeping there own space safe and secure. In hopes with working along with you and other well established groups, we are hoping to not only grow in size and number but in influence as well. The only part of the Omegas we want to call our own is Omega-52, and Omega-48. We are hoping to even make our relationship with the local Zoners better in hopes that they will also be willing to aid us in getting supplies when we need it.
With all of that being said, the thing that I can offer both of your groups is not only peace between us but also you can count on us to come to your aid when you need it. I hope you recall when we came to help you fight the Corsairs in Omega-3, even though we lost that fight in the end I am hoping that us giving you support before we even established a friendship will help. Now more then ever do we as people need to come together to fight off these threats that are going on unchallenged. The members of CIS is not here to make war with everyone, we want peace more then anything else. We will however come to the aid of our allies, does not matter who they are fighting. As you know the Mollies and Red Hessians, and we honor that alliance as best we can. We offer the same respect and care that we give them, to you.
We hope you approve on who we are and what we want to do, and I hope that you will join us as well. We will happily come to your aid anytime you need.
