This is Commander Ivan Stroganov leading officer of the Coalition of Independent Sirius.

I am reaching out to you all for a great opportunity for both of us. Not to long ago Freeport 9 was hit really hard and took a lot of damage and in turn the Corsairs have been focused in the Omicrons. I would like to take this opportunity to unite and push the corsairs out of Omega-48, if at all possible to take the base they have from them. We should meet at a mutual location of your choice to discus and plan this further.
