Reproduction Steps:

• Be Zoner with Zoner ID and Zoner IFF
  
• Flying R1 Draugr Edge Worlds Freighter
  
• Be at FP 9
  
• Be Denied Hopes and Dreams
  

Additional Information: Its greyed out saying I don't have high enough rep to purchase the ID

Station belongs to the Corsairs, current neutral rep is a temporary solution to facilitate an already completed trading event.

Said neutral rep is also why one cannot buy any rep-relevant equipment, since it checks against Neutral (0.0) rep, which is insufficient for IDs.

If anything, the Zoner ID should be replaced with a Corsair one.
