We were unaware of a treaty to abandon Rheinland Corporations, Civilians, and Assets. We are especially surprised to see that such a treaty was signed with the Independent Miners Guild, who quite blatantly allied with the Red Hessian movement in order to bolster their forces at Aland. Our duty is Gefahrenabwehr, danger prevention, specifically targeted at the Red Hessians, the Coalition, and those that tout their ideals or ally with them, which include the IMG and certain stripes of Zoners. Refusal to defend Rheinland assets worries us greatly of infiltration among the Rheinwehr.
We therefore request either the relevant information on the Büro's involvement with this "treaty", or a thorough investigation into the Military for infiltration of "Red Wave" ideals, sympathies, or allegiances. Division 7 does not take treason lightly.

Which is something the IMG has been attempting for a very very long time.
The BDM, as you can see based on the evidence you've provided, has no part in this treaty. I am the Buro's Direktor, I am not the voice of the house, however.
With this said and done, there are still ways I can combat the IMG's loathsome presence near Rheinland, and I do very much intend to so long as they continue to assist the Red Hessians.
I will say my piece to the Admiralty board and the Rheinland Government's Ministry of Defense, but it will likely fall on the MND to make our position clear.

Then, the current status:
Division 7 does not operate under the Emperor or the Government, as when the Government is compromised, we must be uncompromised in order to combat it. Should there be traitors in the Government or Military, it is our duty to root them out. Capitulation to the IMG raises those alarm bells.
We will defend Rheinland assets in the Omegas while you show the Admiralty and the Ministry of Defense common sense. Should they choose not to see common sense, we will still defend Rheinland, even from the Rheinwehr. In the event of the Military and Division 7 reaching conflict, you may disaffirm involvement with us, but be assured that this would only come to pass if the Military is hostile to Rheinland's people or Rheinland's health and wellbeing.
Best of luck on your end. From what I have seen, a miracle is what can teach the Military logic.
