3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies.

Bordering on a 3.2 violation. This is a roleplay server, and if you cannot understand that, then you are on
the wrong one. This is not your personal playground sir. And a recruit ID does not make you exempt from
anything, though that has since been changed.

Hold cleared and warning notes added. Next time there will be a serious sanction, not just credits removed
for out of roleplay chat.
