I am sorry for the short notice. However we're sending out a envoy to Omicron Delta tomorrow, for diplomatic and business talks with The Core. As i understand, the threat of attacks by aliens and other human scum is not to be taken lightly in those areas. I also think that the Bûro might be interested in this arrangement. I am sure it will be fruitful, not just for our own bottom line, but for the security of Rheinland. I think we both understand the potential.

Now, this is a long winded way of asking for a favor, but if it is not too much of a favor to ask; If you could personally attend that would be most excellent, however i understand you are a busy person. So if you have a representative in mind, we'd be happy to accommodate them.
