After reviewing Orex's activity, contributions to the server, and general behavior, it has been decided to decline your application for officialdom at this time. Multiple factors weighed into this decision:

• Relatively little RP engagement with other factions
  
• Extremely offensive group chat behavior, pointing at a larger culture issue
  
• Lack of willingness to take and work on constructive criticism and feedback
  
• Concerns that the anonymity of the faction is purely a shield to permit all of the above
