Guten tag meine damen und herren.

We write to you today, to give you a notice that our research department at Arnsberg Research Institute will be conducting experiments around the installation, This newly developed device somehow interferes with engine cruise mode. Don't ask me how, its too complicated, but Dr. Batsbak can fill in the details. The idea is to build such devices to enhance law enforcement control over a certain area. This could be very useful for securing zones, or preventing trespassers.

The affected area will be 10,000m surrounding Arnsberg Research Institute, we do not expect civilian or law enforcement traffic to be hampered by this device. The test period is slated to begin within the next three weeks. Since this is a first of its kind device, the test period will be extensive, as we need to do a lot of fine tuning and tinkering.
