Ship stuck in Base

Evening good folks of Discovery.
I have a Ceres docked at Kensington Station that was working fine until this evening where it wont let me undock as i have ? mounted that isnt allowed.
Doesn't tell me what and i have not mounted anything, its an age thing , different than what was on it before.
Apologies if this is the wrong thread but can an admin please advise??

The name is Slainte and it seems to be the mine that was preventing the undocking. Had one on and theres a slot for it.

Tried a few other things like different bases and systems but it is the ship that's broken.
If the mine slot has been removed from the Ceres that's fine.
