Effective immediately, we are allocating operational time on our Extended Logistics wing to engage in support missions for our allies abroad. Organizations and individuals who have provided critical services or have been offered a token 'FAVOR' may request temporary use of BDM resources in exchange.

With the recent reemergence of rogue elements of our former Northern Fleet in Thuringia, including a modified Bismarck, and the seeming retreat of Corsair forces from Rheinland (Hessian) territory, it is becoming increasingly likely our fleet will be forced to engage in heavy combat against near-peer foes.

Keeping in mind the failed withdrawal of the Strausberg from Dresden and the known capabilities of compromised forces, we in the Rheinwehr feel there is an increasing necessity to advance our deployment of alien-derivative equipment. Particularly cloaking devices, which would provide us a decisive advantage over the comparatively low-tech Hessian forces and allow us to level the field against the so-called "Wilde" forces. Cloaking devices your organization has the greatest production capability for.

At least one device capable of being fitted to a heavy battleship would provide extreme strategic flexibility for our combined forces. If possible, devices for our reconnaissance and deep-strike forces would also be of great use to us. The Rheinwehr will, of course, provide any support necessary to produce these devices. We would, of course, need details on what support would be required.

It is of the utmost imperative that we see action on this matter; there will be absolute unity if we are to preserve our nation, or we will face absolute death.
