First let me congratulate you Mr. Koshimura for your expanded portfolio, including the interim oversight of Resource Acquisition in addition you your permanent duties leading Resource Management.

I have expressed your previously voiced displeasure at the low efficiency rates of our Platinum Ore harvesting to the employees reporting in to my sub-division.

While we are all deeply shamed and embarrassed at this needing your personal intervention I have stiffened my resolve to ensure you never again have to suffer this indignity.

To that end we are re-doubling our efforts to provide the Platinum Ore to our venerable Xuanming Trade Center to improve the availability of the refined Platinum product to our honoured customers and increase the profitability of our beloved Resource Acquisition division.
