[Systems] U6 jumps

Bug: Jumping through into U6 gave a number of weird conclusions

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Take jh to U6
  
• Step 2 Ended in radiated Earhart with no open gates but said i was in U6
  
• Step 3 Took a jh saying back to Earhart, ended in a jump loop
  
• Step 4 Start again, Retake jh to U6
  
• Step 5 Ended in U6 but said i was in Unchartered worlds, exit took me back to Step 2 with a death by radiation
  
• Step 6 Start again to U6 with success to a number of intentional dimensional deaths. yey

Sserverside-jumpholes sometimes exhibit weird behavior. A fix for this was figured out earlier today, and will go live with next hotfix or the one after.
