Response is to yr whole post, just didn't want to clog the page.

Anyway, I agree with all this stuff, especially the massive non-need for the LWB to have their own ships. There are already a bunch of frankly pretty silly ships in existence essentially because people like making them and adding them.

I think the main concern with opening it all up is people who will do anything to get a pvp advantage. This is a pretty hefty amount of people. You already get a really heavy dose of people flying 'allied' or unrestricted stuff purely because it's 'better' (people who fly eagles in every faction, looking at you here). Lifting all the restrictions gets you things like outcasts using hessian cruisers. Which is proof I suppose.

To set this straight, I fly an Eagle, an LWB Eagle. Only one in a faction which uses a civilian shipline.

Onto the point, this is where trust comes in. If we could trust each other as far as we could throw each other (Though I'm light, I can understand less trust for me), then we wouldn't have this problem. People who only want to PvP will do just that: PvP. They'll take that ship anyway. The only people this trust hiatus is affecting are those with legitimate RP who want to use something to augment their faction, or have a legitimate qualm with the ships of his chosen faction. Honestly, even if it helps PvPers, that's all fine and dandy, they'll end up in the sanction report section one way or another if they don't listen to people who talk to them. The loss of trust doesn't affect them at all. The loss of trust affects us, the cohesive community who is here to RP.
