Seriously, though - it used to be so bad in New York that the S/D had it written in their rules that we would NOT operate there at all. New York was completely off limits for anything. Now - well, at least new players don't start there, they get Pennsylvania to do their stuff in. Actually, New York isn't quite the cesspool that it used to be - if that's any encouragement at all.
