Thank you for all the DM's sorry haven't answered. Am recovering but still awaiting full diagnosis as test results are from different nachines and are "perplexing" [Consultatnts word] . Without the full diagnosis no supervised cardiac rehab started yet but and now active with limited impact on my health.

Gradually returning, hope to see you in space ( although most ships are anonymous )
