To Whom it may Concern,
My name is Dr. Leo Morningstar. I am the Acting Director for Starlight Research Consortium. Our headquarters in Tau-23 has had a few interactions with Gallic ships over the past several years during various research studies and projects.
The reason I'm writing you today is to request the construction of a Gallic Liner, complete with research labs and the ARAPSS-Scanner appratus. We plan on using this craft for studying long distance anomalies in various systems as well as for studying anomalies within our home system of Tau-23 and are hoping that one can be built and licensed by our small research organization. The additional cargo space onboard provides a unique opportunity to operate many additional stations for analysts within our research groups.
If possible, please state the cost of obtaining one of these vessels. We will also send along two of our most proficient pilots for training on piloting the ship if necessary.
We look forward to hearing back. Thank you for your time!
