Initial request for building in Zurich was a result of my lack of knowledge about the current political situation, and would like to relocate inside Gallia territory.
The Matterhorn base will be abandoned in maximum 1 hour time after this post, and will not be used. Following this, I believe the base in Zurich will dissapear ( or will be dissapeared with a little help by the navy ).
I apologize for my misunderstanding, and lack of up-to date information.
I would like to request a permission to build a modular base in the Champagne system.
The building will serve as a type of a storehouse ( storing legal expensive for Gallia goods ), which will be imported from around Sirius, and will be presented for purchasing to the visitors of the installation.

At this time the Gallic Union is not looking to allow for the construction of any additional modular bases within Gallic space, and while you reportedly would be operating under the auspices of Orbital Spa and Cruise, we are not familiar with you in particular and would have several questions as to why a company that mainly deals in transporting people would need an orbital warehouse in a system such as Champagne, which is not known for having many tourist attractions. With that being said, you are still welcome to fly your vessels through Zurich to trade with Gallia, and you will find that we have refunded the payment back to the sender's account.
