[Server Config] When I click on a npc in the bar, there's no voice from my character

Type:Server Config (I think)
Bug: Self-explanatory, in the bar, when I click on any character, our character is supposed to have a quick dialogue before and after the infocard of the rumor etc, etc, but in my case, there's nothing.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Go in the bar.
  
• Step 2 Go chat with one npc.
  
• Step 3 Notice no sound is coming from you.

This is a side effect of changing your voice with /setvoice

I've looked into having it hotswapped when entering a base but no luck yet.
