I do agree that there needs to be a force of people who can sort out issues like this. Today there were no navy on hand to solve the problem when it came up due to an event. The "raid" seemed to coincide almost too perfectly with the LN/RM event for it to be a genuine coincidence.

Raiding defenceless places isn't something I like.
