[SYSTEMS] CTD with system error

Bug: when jumping from Texas to NY system, the game CTD'd with this message.



Reproduction Steps:

• Launch from base in Hudson
  
• Fly to Texas
  
• Dock with NY JG
  

Additional Information: This occurred at approx. 05:45 utc, 12/31.
on re-launching, ship appeared 100k north (behind] Texas JG.

It only happened the one time, but I posted due to getting an error thinking it might be significant to the Devs.

I can't reproduce unfortunately. You're not the only player who noticed it however, so I'll keep the report open because it only started happening after the Christmas update.
