Server randomly not showing up on list

After a recent PC restart due to windows update about two days ago, the server will now randomly avoid showing up on the list, preventing me from playing at all. It will come back sometimes, randomly, usually at dead hours of the day. Asked around and other people say it's fine, so clearly it's a me issue.

Reinstalled Disco. Nope.
Checked firewall. All good.
Restarted PC again to be safe. Nope.

I'm out of ideas.

Try a free VPN or proxy to exclude a routing issue.

Try sharing internet over USB to PC, simple thing to check all not PC directly internet issues (Cables, current provider, router)
If it will not help, then it is OS level issue.
