Convoy Access to Normally Restricted Stations

To whom it may concern,

My name is Eddy Narson, Colonel within the Order's First Fleet. Recently the Overwatch and the Governing Body of Gallia have come to a trade agreement concerning the importation of Kemwer Technologies. No doubt you might wish to start researching these technologies. You also rather have these technologies brought directly to you rather then tracking down every unit that was dropped off on some Gallia station. At the same time we rather not this technology end up on the black market.

In light of that, I suggest that we come to an agreement as to where our convoys should go so these technologies so they don't end up in unintended hands.

I must admit, I am rather surprised that the Order is willing to share their technological advancements with us so readily. We would be glad to allow your vessels, or the ones you have contracted on your behalf, to deliver these goods to our facilities. I hope you understand that this will come with several stipulations that must be upheld for security reasons, which I will list below.

• All ships delivering to GNI facilities must disable any and all recording systems.
  
• Any ship's crew that need to disembark will not leave the immediate area of the docking bay they are allowed into.
  
• We will provide your ship's crews with a rest area, and also provide basic supplies while all cargo is unloaded.
  
• We will also provide a liaison officer for the duration of your stay, any needs outside of those already provided can be directed to them.
  
• Failure to comply with the above stipulations will result in the offending party being detained until we feel they can be safely released.
  

If you agree with everything above, you may deliver these goods to Macon Base in Burgundy. Ships seen attempting to access any other GNI facilities will be considered to be acting in a hostile manner, and will be treated appropriately.

You terms are agreeable to the Overwatch. We were be sure to inform our contractors of your terms as well. As to the why, our Grand Admiral has seen fit to improve our standing with houses that do not see us as "terrorists". Truthfully these technologies are given to our allies in their own fight against the Nomads. Hopefully these this will be the first step for Gallia joining us in our fight against this threat to humanity.
