[Commodities/NPCs] Gallic Brigand NPC VHFs drop Unione Corse pilots

Type: Commodity (choose one)
Bug: In missions (and possibly random spawns), Gallic Brigand NPCs flying the Sirocco VHF, have and drop Unione Corse pilots. All other Gallic Brigand NPCs seem to drop the correct Gallic Brigand pilots.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1: Start a mission in Gallia
  
• Step 2: Shoot those damn Brigands!
  
• Step 3: Capture innocent Unione Corse pilots
