Incident Report: Fort Bush Perimeter-> Denver Orbit

• Operative Designation: Florida.Sobek
• Clearance: S//NOFORN
• Current Posting:
◦ Patrol: Zone 21 Perimeter and Nearby Trade Lanes
◦ Rapid Redeployment: Emergency Response, Authorized Pursuit

• Incident Report:

Earlier this morning as I was continuing my patrol on the northern pass by the Trade Lane between Fort Bush and Norfolk Shipyard, my scanners picked up an unidentified vessel. I closed in on the vessel and identified it to be a Dagger-class Light Fighter with an unlawful transponder code. I offered to escort the vessel to the nearest station to get it fixed. The pilot declined and fled. Naturally, my >REDACTED<-class superiority fighter was barely able to keep up.

Our chase continued into Denver orbit where my quarry left scanner range. I assumed a standard search pattern in Denver's orbit where I intersected with the Cheyenne Asteroid Field. Within the field I regained sight of my quarry, who was in close proximity to an unidentified installation. This installation was surrounded by numerous unlawful contacts and appeared to be in poor condition. I withdrew from the area due to being heavily outnumbered. Post-action footage is attached. Resuming normal station until further notice.
